I sent my return back and I’m still sitting here waiting for my refund. It’s such a headache—checking my email, checking my bank account, looking for tracking updates, wondering if anyone even processed it. I’ve returned stuff to other places before, like clothes that didn’t fit, shoes in the wrong size, a kitchen gadget I never used, even a random phone case, and it was usually quick. This one just feels like it’s dragging on forever

I wanted to like the designs, but come on now, they just feel kind of messy and outdated to me. Nothing really looks as clean or modern as I expected...

I was frustrated with how long the delivery took. The shipping was late, and the tracking barely updated, so you’re just kind of left wondering where your order even is.

I ordered a few basics from penti.com, most of the fit was fine. The leggings and underwear were true to size, so no complaints there. But one of the bras was tighter than expected, which was frustrating because I feel like that should’ve been clearer from the sizing info. I’ll definitely be checking the size chart next time, but they really need to make the bra sizing more reliable. Overall I’m mostly happy, but it definitely wasn’t perfect.

I actually found my size without having to dig through a million random racks, so that was a win. Of course, the one color I really wanted was the only one out of stock because apparently that’s just how shopping works. Still, most of the stuff was available and the whole thing was painless overall.

I bought a bra from Penti because the website made it sound like it would be comfortable, but I’m a bit confused because that wasn’t my experience at all. It looked nice when I put it on, but after about an hour it felt really tight and scratchy. Maybe it works for other people, but for me the comfort just wasn’t there.

I’ve shopped on plenty of clothing websites before, so I’m used to the usual little glitches here and there, but penti.com was more annoying than I expected. The pages loaded slowly, the filters kept resetting, and a few items either opened strangely or didn’t open at all. It also felt clunky on my phone.
The checkout part was what really made me give up. I had to re-enter information, and the cart didn’t update right away, which made the whole process feel unreliable. After spending way too much time just trying to place an order, I ended up leaving the site. Not a great online shopping experience.

The whole in-store experience was just really disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be going Back after that

I picked up a few things here, for what they’re charging, I expected a bit more. The items are fine, I guess, but they definitely don’t feel worth the price. You can find similar stuff at other shops for less, so that’s… interesting. I probably won’t be buying again unless the prices start making a little more sense.

I tried reaching out about my order, thinking, okay, this should be a simple fix, right? But nope. The replies took forever, and when they finally came through, they felt super generic, like someone just copied and pasted a script without really reading what I said. My issue still isn’t fixed, i’m just sitting here wondering why it has to be this annoying.

One of the tops got loose after the very first wash, and the fabric was way thinner than it looked in the pictures online?? Delivery was fine, no big issue there, but the items themselves just didn’t feel worth it. Not sure I’d order again.
